Details on each step
1. The quote (2 minutes)
Phone or form. Describe what you want gone: a sofa, a full basement, an estate. If you can text or email 2-3 photos, even better — we can quote precisely without bothering you for a visit.
You get the price within 30 business minutes. No deposit, no credit card required to book.
2. The pickup (24-48 h, same-day possible)
The team arrives in the agreed window (and texts 30 min before). We disassemble whatever needs disassembling, carry items down stairs (even the narrow staircases of Old Quebec and the spiral ones of Limoilou), load the truck. Your floors stay clean.
You don’t need to be home — we can pick up keys from a neighbour or use a key-box code.
3. Payment (after, never before)
Once the truck has left and the place is clean, you pay: cash, Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer, or credit card. We issue a detailed invoice with GST/QST.
If the final volume was less than estimated, we charge less than the original quote — that’s our guarantee.
4. What happens next (for your stuff)
Systematic sorting: anything donatable goes to local charities. Metal, clean wood, mattresses go to specialized recycling. The rest to drop-off centres. Landfill is our last resort.
