Do you disassemble the furniture or do I have to?
We disassemble — it's part of the service. If a bed or wardrobe doesn't fit through doors, we take it apart as needed.
Do you buy furniture in good condition?
No, we don't buy. However, anything in good condition is systematically donated to a local charity (St. Vincent de Paul, Renaissance, etc.) — we'll provide proof if you want it.
How long does it take for a sofa and mattress?
Typically 15-30 minutes on-site, depending on access (elevator, floors, etc.). Your phone quote includes a precise time window.
Do you carry up and down stairs?
Yes, included in our service. Even the narrow stairs of Old Quebec or the spiral staircases in Limoilou — we're used to it.
Can I book for tomorrow?
