When you request a quote, we collect: name, phone, email (optional), postal code, service type, description.
When you browse the site, we collect via Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (with your consent): pages visited, traffic source, anonymized navigation behaviour.
3. Purposes
Your information is used to: contact you for the quote, perform the service, invoice, improve our site and ad campaigns.
4. Retention
Unconverted quote requests are kept for 12 months. Customer files (invoices) are kept for 7 years (tax obligation).
5. Sharing with third parties
Your information is never sold. It may be shared with: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Cloudflare (hosting), our transactional email provider (Resend).
6. Your rights (Law 25)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete your information, or withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to contact@byebazar.ca.

We use essential cookies (language preference) and analytics cookies (with your consent). You can refuse them via the consent banner.
