Frequently asked questions about this service

My basement has low ceilings, is that a problem?

No. We're used to Quebec City basements with 6'-6.5' ceilings. Our crews are briefed for it. Just send us a photo of the access stairs if possible.

My basement isn't finished, lots of concrete. Do you still work?

Yes. Finished, semi-finished, unfinished — same price, same service.

Do you remove carpet or flooring damaged by water?

We can remove and dispose of nailed carpet (labor surcharge). For laminate or glued flooring, that's deconstruction — we can refer you.

Does it include post-cleanout storage organization?

No. We empty what must go and sweep. Reorganization or deep cleaning are separate services we don't offer.

How long for a typical basement?

1.5-3 hours for standard basement with moderate accumulation. Up to 4-5 hours if very full or tricky access.
