Yes. We sign recurring service agreements for turnover cleanouts with volume-based rates.

Do you destroy confidential documents?

Invoice in the business name?

Yes. Give us the handover date and we'll schedule to finish a day or two ahead. We remove everything left behind and leave the space broom-clean, so you pass the walkthrough and protect your deposit.
We're just a small office — is there a minimum job size?
No minimum. A few desks and chairs start at $179, the same as a small residential load. Larger contracts get a volume-based on-site quote. Either way you receive a proper business invoice with GST and QST broken out.
