Yes. We're used to same-day turnarounds where keys change hands by noon. Book a morning slot, we clear and sweep in an hour or two, and the unit is ready before the next tenant's truck arrives.
Does the cleanout cover the storage locker and balcony too?
Yes. Basement storage lockers, balconies and assigned parking spots are all part of the unit for us. Point them out when we arrive and we clear them in the same visit at no separate trip charge.
