What's the difference between 'bulky' and 'furniture' for you?
None pricing-wise. We charge by volume, not by type. Administratively, 'bulky items' = things the city can't take in regular collection.
Why can you take what the city won't?
City collection has strict rules (size, material, frequency). We have a dedicated truck, recycling centre agreements, and we sort for donation or recycling. Result: we take what the city refuses.
Do you come for a single item?
Yes, but $89 minimum (1/8 truck). For one sofa or dresser, often worth waiting to group items.
Do you come inside or should I leave it outside?
We come in if accessible. If you prefer to put it out (curb, driveway), that's fine too — sometimes faster.
Same price as furniture removal?
